Caladrius Holding AB, owner of Hagabergs Mekaniska AB and O. Bodins Maskin AB, has signed a letter of intent regarding the construction of a new industrial building in Askersund, Sweden. The new facility is scheduled to be ready in December 2020 and is another step in the expansion of the companies. This is a natural move as both companies operate in the same market segment and will benefit from the synergies as a result of having the production under the same roof.

Hagabergs Mekaniska AB makes a brand adjustment and launches a new logo. The “S” in the brand has been removed and the new logo is a single-color image where the “H” has taken the form of a pair of forks.
